Can I get a refund?
Once your reading letter is finished (even if you haven't opened it yet), the digital content counts as delivered, so cancellation is limited from that point. That's why we show you the cards and positions before you pay. If we can't write your reading after you've paid, the payment is canceled automatically usually within minutes and no later than about 48 hours after payment — you don't need to ask. For anything else, reach us at the contact details at the bottom of this page.

AI writes it, based on the cards you drew, their positions, and your question. It's meant for entertainment and reflection, not as medical, legal, or financial advice.
What happens to my question?
Your question is used only to write your reading. You can delete a reading at the bottom of the reading or from My readings, and its question and text are deleted with it. Readings made without signing in can be deleted from the browser that made them.
